Kotak Mahindra Bank - Product Manager - Current Account/Business Banking

Key Attributes :

(1) Good understanding along with experience of at least 3-4 years in the area of Business Banking / Current Account business.

(2) Conceptual understanding of digital journey and flair for emerging digital channels through Connected Banking / Neo Banking Space & payments ecosystem

(3) In addition to core knowledge of Business Banking/Current Accounts, previous experience of handling / working digital projects will be added advantage

Job Role :

(1) Understanding and Tracking Market Trends and Competition Monitoring

(2) Designing Digital Journeys for On-boarding & Servicing Business banking customers

(3) Study and ideate processes and regulations and provide solutions for easing out business process and journeys for sales teams as well as customers.

(4) Study emerging trends and business practices and innovate solutions for capturing new business opportunities.

(5) Driving Alliances and Partnerships to increase frontline sourcing

(6) Driving Innovation in the Business Banking Product space, especially in Current Accounts

(7) Coordinate with other verticals like BSG, IT, CVM, Compliance, Legal etc

Job Requirements :

An MBA with Engineering Graduation from a good Institute with 8-12 years of experience in Banking, preferably in Retail Liabilities
