Product Lead - Investments

Job Role:

- Responsible for managing all investment products for the NR segment including PINS accounts, MF, alternates, Insurance (Life + Non-life)

- Liaise with product manufacturers to launch the best fit product as per customer needs

- Work with the digital team to simplify customer onboarding

- Work with internal stakeholders to extend platforms Neo / Cherry, etc to the NR base

- Drive customer penetration and adoption across the NR customer segment

- Work with the business teams to identify innovation opportunities

- Stay abreast with the latest industry trends on customer experience and digital innovation

- Competition mapping to identify new product initiatives

- Responsible for ensure that the products offered in line with India and offshore jurisdiction compliance.

Job Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Product Management / Investments

- Prior experience as a Product Manager will be an added advantage

- Ability to influence in a matrix structure

- Excellent communication / presentation skills

- Strong understand of India / global markets
