- Creating the annual marketing Plan to drive adoption usage and retention of Digital banking services
- Drive numbers through marketing campaigns - competition benchmarking, Designing Campaign constructs or messaging, Campaign management. Performance analysis and corrective measures
- Conceptualizing segmented creative routes and briefing agencies for desired output
- Drive Go to market plan for new launches - both internal and external marketing rollout
- Stakeholder management
- Content support and UI UX inputs in alignment with the brand
Requirement:
- MBA with around 5+ years- experience in marketing preferably in digital product space (apps, fintech, ecom, neo banks, advertising where they may have handled these brands)
- Experience in BTL marketing and Digital Marketing
- Comfortable with understanding digital products and platforms
- A good mix of data understanding and out-of-the-box thinking
- Great written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail
