Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate business leaders to understand key business challenges and opportunities, and develop HR strategies that drive Org. performances
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employee on HR related matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement and succession planning
- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues by conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate guidance
- Lead performance review processes, offering advice on setting goals, providing feedback, and developing employees to meet their full potential
- Coach Managers on effective leadership and management practices, supporting them in handling underperformance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, facilitate internal mobility and ensure a strong pipeline for key roles
- Support business transformation efforts by implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in
- Drive org. development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Promote and advocate for diversity equity and inclusion in all HR practices
- Grip of attrition and it's reason with proactive retention strategy in place and getting it implement on the ground so the visible changes can be described
- Liaison with HR COEs & business to drive the talent management initiatives through various learning and development, career management and succession planning initiatives
Job Requirement :
Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MBA in HR with minimum 8 Yrs. Of experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Objective & Analytical skills
- Market orientation of HR trend
- To develop accurate objective assessments and execution of the same
- Ability to influence and manage relationships & multitasking
- Must be very good in MS Excel & MS PPT
Personal Attributes :
- Hugh emotional (EQ) and empathy in dealing with people matters
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR practices with business needs
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
