Chief/Senior Manager - Digital Payments

- Product manager for Payment Gateway (PG) Netbanking

- Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, support and adoption of the Digital Payments like UPI and PG

- Drive acquisition and engagement of digital payments

- Responsible for customer experience, UI/UX, innovations in payment check-out solutions and product enhancements with new features/services, tie up with vendors

- Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the product

- Work with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

- Define product requirements in detail, work with operations and finance team to ensuring monthly billing

- Manage escalations in customer complaints

- Should be aware of Digital Payment technologies and best practices at global level
