Kotak Mahindra Bank - Business Analytics Role - Debit Card Portfolio

Job Description :

1. Coordinating with internal business teams to devise strategy to increase card portfolio

2. Analyse existing product trend and provide direction to product & portfolio team to engage with particular segment of customer or launch of a new product for the segment

3. Coordinating with BIU team to get the key insight for other product and translate / correlate with debit card to give input to senior management on the way forward

4. Analyse transaction decline and making necessary changes in the system and increase customer awareness via communication

5. Handle authorization desk for debit card and customized system to handle decline to avoid further transaction decline on debit card

Key Requirement :

1. Candidate should have 2/3 years of experience in handling large scale data.

2. Good excel and presentation and communication skills.

3. Candidate will get added advantage if he / she know SQL & database handling.
