Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager to lead and own the end-to-end talent acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and attract, assess, and hire the best talent both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business requirements and define the ideal candidate profiles.
- Devise and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Ensure that all hiring targets are met within defined service-level agreements (SLAs), with a focus on balancing sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Continuously enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management and Reporting :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide periodic reporting on key talent acquisition metrics, such as sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing relevant data-driven insights and creative hiring recommendations based on market intelligence.
Employee Referral, Internal Mobility and Diversity Hiring :
- Strengthen the employee referral program to leverage the network of current employees.
- Facilitate internal mobility by partnering with HR, internal talent, and key business stakeholders.
- Ensure a diverse slate of candidates and strengthen diversity hiring efforts.
