Key Responsibilities: - Partners with Business to align HR strategy to business strategy and work with them to understand their people challenges and areas of opportunity. - Work closely with Business to increase productivity and to manage attrition - Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for respective business - Responsible for the Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management including the campus and other cohort career journeys - Drive the Learning & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives for the business team - Analysing and driving productivity related initiatives - Work on the insights from HR Analytics and use data to drive people plans in the Unit - Responsible for performance management, disciplinary issues and day-to-day matters on human capital for the unit Education and Experience: - MBA would be preferred. Graduates with 8 - 12 years of relevant HR Experience can also apply Skills Required: - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong Stakeholder Management and ability to influence - Proficient in MS Office tools - Excel & Power Point - Ability to think and innovate, to be a problem-solver
