OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE :
The role will execute on the strategy, roadmap and definition of a product or group of products. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, typically for objectives focussing on customer, business or service / experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise, build and innovate for world-class products for our customers.
- Build / further the product by understanding the real needs of customers.
- Leverage data / analysis to take decisions.
- Identify the correct problem statements and understand the impact of solving those.
- Solve the problems and deliver on the outcome, with speed and quality.
- Ensure the robustness, scalability and sustainability of the solutions / products.
- Promote the products internally and externally for adoption and advancements.
- Simplify.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA from Tier 1
- Engineering preferable
Work Experience :
- Product manager in an internet/eCommerce company for at least 2-4 years
Other skills set :
- Superb listening skills
- Strong at business analysis and data understanding
- Ability to unlearn and learn
