Job Description: 

- Heading a team of 35 plus (Including 8 CAs) for one of the key functions of Central Operations team.

- Would be managing Commission and Medical Payouts, Re-Insurance Payout, CPC - Business Analysis and Advisory Team, Operations - Risk Management Team and Operations various Audits.

- Ensuring smooth processing of activities and achieving the agreed TAT and SLA with Sales.

- Handle all Legal and Compliance matters and ensure zero non-compliance.

- Handle all Financial, Process and Compliance Risk of the Department

- Ensure completion of all projects as per the Project timelines and ensure the quality of the projects undertaken.

- Drive Process improvements on a continual basis.

- Preparation the budgets for all the Departments.

- Ensure ISO compliance for the all the function

- Ensure the department cost is within budget.
