Key Responsibilities:
1. End to end management of Compensation program for the organization including budgeting, provisioning, simulations and execution
2. Actively participate in Benchmarking exercise and design & implement competitive best practices
3. Managing Sales Incentive Program
- Provisioning for incentive payout basis budget
- Run simulations basis sales performance for schemes
- Design incentive structures
- Analysis of competition incentives schemes
- Analysis of incentive earnings
- Ensuring timely calculation by the team
- Ensuring audit and payouts
- Ensure query resolution by the team
