OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
Handling a team of professionals dealing in policy servicing of customer request and customer pay-outs along with active involvement and driving Strategic projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining TAT and accuracy on payments
- Driving critical project - Cost projects, Unclaimed drive, Stale cheque
- Smooth Outsourcing of PS activities
- Handling IT projects & system set up - CRM system
- Risk Management and analysis

INTERACTIONS :
Internal Relations: Stakeholders of OPS & Non-Ops dept
External Relations: Vendor Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Educational Qualifications: Full-time MBA
Work Experience: Min 5 years of exp, preferable Insurance industry else Ops profile in other industry.

- Exceptional Handling skills and resolving issues
