DESIGNATION - AVP / DVP

POSITION NAME - Product Owner

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE -

The role will create and execute on the strategy, roadmap and definition of a product or group of products. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, typically for objectives focussing on customer, business or service / experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Conceptualise, build and innovate for world-class products for our customers.

- Own one or more products /applications. Build / further the product by understanding the real needs of customers.

- Leverage data / analysis to take decisions.

- Identify the correct problem statements and understand the impact of solving those.

- Solve the problems and deliver on the outcome, with speed and quality.

- Ensure the robustness, scalability and sustainability of the solutions / products.

- Promote the products internally and externally for adoption and advancements.

- Simplify.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1

- Engineering preferable

- Work Experience:

Product owner in an internet / ecommerce company for at least 5-8 years

Certifications:

Other skill set:

- Superb listening skills

- Strong at business analysis and data understanding

- Ability to unlearn and learn
