1. Overview the below mentioned key functions of CPC.
New Business Unit
2. Handle the foll area's for the above-mentioned functions of CPC
a) Handle all New Business related matters of the Company. In brief the below critical New Business areas which needs to be handled
a) ETE conversions from branch- vendor-other departments-new business.
b) All Proposal Payouts (Like customer not taken up case, Company not taken up cases.
c) Requirement processing (requirement raised at company level, requirement received from the customer)
d) Managing New Business helpdesk for sales & branches with quick & quality response
e) Internal Risk & Quality Team
3) Handle all Legal and Compliance matters for all New Business matters and ensure zero non-compliance.
4) Handle all Financial, Process and Compliance Risk of the Department
e) Ensure completion of all projects as per the Project timelines and ensure the quality of the projects undertaken.
f) Drive Process improvements on a continual basis.
g) Preparation the budgets for all the Departments.
h) Ensure ISO compliance for the all the function
e) Ensure the department cost is within budget.
