Key Responsibilities :

Campus Strategy & Identification:

- Identify and build partnerships with the most promising campuses across disciplines (MBA, CA, Engineering).

- Curate a tailored approach to engage with campuses, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

Campus Relations & Partnerships:

- Be the face of the organization on campus and foster meaningful relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and student communities.

- Drive employer branding initiatives, making us the employer of choice for top talent.

Onboarding & Development:

- Design and execute best-in-class induction programs that set up our new hires for success.

- Create learning journeys, mentorship frameworks, and development initiatives to unlock their full potential.

Retention & Engagement:

- Partner with business leaders to ensure interns and campus hires have impactful roles and growth opportunities.

- Drive engagement programs that reinforce belonging and a sense of purpose among young talent.
