Job role:

- Preparing of draft mortgage documents

- Legal sign on security documents.

- Opinions on matters relating Agri- Div.

- Providing legal Assistance in Recovery Matters

- Attending to litigation. etc.

- Scrutinizing title docs- ability to identify gaps in title and recommend work arounds

Job requirements:

- LLB Degree

- Knowledge on mortgages and all related legal aspects.

- Knowledge on the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Major Stamp Acts and the local laws.

- Knowledge of SARFAESI

- Between 4 – 5 years of experience after LLB

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Analytical Skills

- Interpersonal skills

- Drafting skills

- Eye for Detail
