Kotak - IT Project Manager

Job Description:

- Understand users current process and requirements and assist in Technical/Functional Solutioning

- Ensure Traceability of all functional and non-functional requirement from Requirements to Implementation and Transition

- Ensure Pre-UAT testing and verify if application is ready for UAT

- Review Functional and Technical design provided by partners

- Day to Day coordination with user, vendors and other IT teams

- Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final Business Signoff

- Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.

- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the operations teams.

- Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.

- Own the communication and execution of solution handover to Business, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.

- Ensure projects are completed within time and stipulated budget.

- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
