Recruitment & on-boarding –
- Closure of manpower budget numbers and cost in coordination with Business Head
- Providing timely sourcing of quality talent through prescribed recruitment tools and within agreed headcount and cost budget.
- Smooth on-boarding of new hires to ensure quick adaptability to the new environment.
Employee Engagement –
- Maintaining touch-points with employees across grades/ regions to ensure timely redressal of employee grievances and providing feedback to business. Eg : Branch visits, Meet5, Gallup Review, Knowledge Forums etc
- Creating motivation and fun within the work environment through extensive communication and various initiatives like celebration, get togethers, outbounds, contests, newsletters etc.
Talent Management
- Performance Management through individual KRA deployment (communication & understanding).
- Ensuring timely performance discussions/ reviews within defined framework
- Training Need Analysis of related business and ensuring deployment of programs to address the same in coordination with the OL Team.
- Closure of hi-po identification and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) within defined timelines. Also completing Kotak Succession Plan (KSP) for the related business.
Organization Structure
- Work related to employee / functional / business productivity
- Support to business in structural changes and subsequent implementation & closure
- Additional inputs to line in the form of data analysis which help in decision making on aspects like employee productivity, compensation, hiring, engagement, development etc
Policy Deployment
- Ensuring clear understanding and adherence of HR policies and processes amongst the business.
- Addressing day to day queries from employees and supporting the HR operations team on aspects like documentation, audit, compliance etc.
- Providing feedback internally towards modifying / improving current polices / practices
Others
- Support to line in deployment of all business related schemes and contests
- Rolling out and driving various HR corporate initiatives in respective businesses.
- Completion of all projects & short-term assignments
