Desired Qualification: LLB or MBA/PGDM full time
Desired Work Experience: 5-9 yrs experience
Job Description:
- Dealing with various Labour Law Compliance - PAN India, & resolving issues of the company employees (viz. ESIC, Provident Fund, Maternity benefits, Minimum wages & Mediclaim)
- Liasoning with Labour Authorities & Other Government Departments (viz PF, ESI, State Labour Department, Central Labour department, Labour courts, Prof. Tax, Shops & Establisment Authorities)
- Responsible to present MIS of all the audits, inspections, notices, court cases of the company within HR Domain to Senior management.
- Handling HR related litigation by and against the company by coordinating with lawyers.
- Carry out compliance under various labour laws like CLRA Act, ESIC Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefits and Provident Fund Act through Vendors
Industrial Relations & Employee Relations:
- Conducting Internal Enquiries in Risk Cases
- Conducting Enquiries in Sexual Harassment Cases
- Issuing Warnings, Caution Notes, Terminations to erring employees & Handling other disciplinary issues of Employees
- Handling Compliance Vendors
