- At least 15 years of experience of actively handling recovery for a bank / FI

- Should have complete understanding as a practitioner of all debt recovery modalities including forums like DRT (pan India), CDR, BIFR, HC & SC etc.

- Should have complete mastery of Bank / FI loan documentation, in-depth understanding of underlying security / charge creation, land laws etc.

- Experience in strategising debt recovery as a team manager

- Demonstrated team leadership in handling a team of 3 – 5 legal individuals, for at least 3 years
