Purpose of The Job
The jobholder has the overall responsibility of managing the resources both raw material and human resource all across the 12 centres located in Mumbai. Key role in budgeting, controlling the costs and keeping the organization on track financially.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling training centres for day to day activities
- Review Weekly & Monthly Financial Reports
- Support all operational and logistic duties required for our teachers in Partner Schools
- Prepare report on school operations
- Responsible for filing of expenditures for different programs
- Create a detailed work-plan in collaboration with PH/DPH
- Resolving disputes or any emergency happening in the centre
- Developing and implementing systems that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work
- Manage attendance and program evaluation records
- Coordinating day to day finance operations; this includes processing deposits, payables, reimbursements, and invoicing.
Education Qualification
- Minimum experience of 4 years in NGO operations is mandatory
- Team handling experience
- Prior experience in Budget Planning
- Excellent Inter-personnel skills: English, Hindi and Marathi
- Well versed with demographies of Mumbai
