Purpose of The Job:
The job holder will be looking after the overall functioning of Parents Intervention Program. The position will be part of the senior management team which drives the overall strategy of the organization. Ensuring that all the programs are in alignment to key strategic objectives and program standards. To oversee the functioning of the team at a micro level. Analysing and preparing the budget for the PIP intervention
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Providing overall strategic and technical leadership in the design, development, planning, budgeting, and implementation of the Programme Strategy.
- Lead programme integration, creating a one programme approach and team culture for better productivity.
- Managing PIP's relationship with different stakeholders.
- Participate fully in the annual budget process, leading the program budgeting process, and provide ongoing oversight and management of program budgets.
- Lead program development Ensures the delivery of a program with demonstrable impact and is accountable for overall programme quality and learning.
- Oversees the development of program and project improvement plans, to ensure effective and timely implementation of the projects and program.
- Building a high-performance culture in the team.
- Ensure that staff members are given opportunities for development and training, as discussed and agreed, and provide support to the capacity building planning for programme positions.
- Ensure an efficient and relevant staffing structure and lead structural change processes when necessary.
