Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the job is to enhance visibility of the company in the digital environment among the external and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a broad plan for enhancing the digital footprint of the company in line with its long-term goals and vision
- Prepare a detailed strategy for ensuring smooth transition from current to the desired goals
- Improve business efficiency and reduce costs through planned and systematic digitization
- Design programmes, schemes and trainings to enhance usage of digital media by internal and external customers
- Generating commitment across all management levels for implementation of programmes
- Build and operate systems and processes facilitating deployment of digital media on the field
- Identify areas of improvement in the current systems and processes and finalize the list of potential projects to be undertaken in the year
- Track and keep the user teams abreast with the progress of projects against milestones
- Ensure continuous improvements in the current systems leading to enhanced external & internal customer experience
- Cost-benefit analysis of any new digital initiative to be taken by the company
- Publish dashboards tracking implementation and process adherence to the sales team as well as the senior management enabling decision making
- Monitor the efficacy of various digital initiatives in enhancing performance, hence enabling the management to take decisions to either continue or discontinue a particular initiative
Desired Work Experience : Experience of developing digital sales tools, sales processes & work methods.
