Role:
- To effectively ensure that the HR operations delivery is up to the mark and service the employees proactively, adopting contemporary procedures and practices to enhance service levels

Responsibility Areas:
- Ensuring smooth offer process within TAT
- Ensuring onboarding, appointment and other life cycle events within TAT
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including reimbursements
- Ensuring smooth & effective exit formalities and full & final Settlement within TAT
- Maintains all employee documents and records including HRMS
- Ensure smooth HR Audit in compliance with policy
- Processing & maintenance of appraisal data
- Provides HR related MIS to the Management and the line managers
- Ensures query handling for employees is smooth and timely
- Ensuring conformation of staff policies and entitlements
- Ensures tax compliance to the regulator and tax friendiless to the employees
Education Qualification: CA /CFA/ ICWA/ MBA HR
