Credit Relationship Manager - Business Banking

Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of the fastest growing private sector banks in India is inviting applications from Chartered Accountants (Batch 2012/13/14).

Following is a brief summary of the job responsibilities :

- Joint Meeting with sales staff of bank branches with their prospective clients who have requirement of various retail/SME loans.

- Deal structuring for client of various loans like working capital / loan against properties /business loans.

- Preparing and recommending funding proposals for various fund based loans products like Working Capital Term Loans, Cash Credits & Overdrafts, Export Limits, Loan against properties etc. and Non Fund Based limits like Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, etc.

- Credit Appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities

- Coordination with branch team and assets sales department for smooth disbursement of limits/loans.

- To do continuous training of branch sales staff for various loans products

- Preparation of Branch level MIS and sharing with Head office and updating them with status of loans sanctioned and disbursed.

Location : Delhi

Candidate requirements :

- The candidate must either be a Chartered Accountant (2012/13/14) OR

- MBA (finance), FULL-TIME only with 2-3 years of similar work experience in a Bank or NBFC

- Good understanding of financials to arrive at a decision on lending and recover-ability of loans granted

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
