Kotak - Credit Analyst - Dealer Funding

Job role:

- Preparation of the credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, industry, management and financials.

- Finalization of terms and conditions (e.g. facility to be provided and structure) of the proposals in consultation with relationship Managers.

- Balance sheet / other financial statement analysis and identification of risk factors.

- Ratings of the client using bank’s internal credit rating module.

- Prepare presentation and maintain database of portfolio for periodic reviews.

- Coordinate with the client for timely submission of stipulated monthly /quarterly performance reports such as QIS, sales statements, stock and book debt statement.

- Timely processing of the proposals as per TAT and SLA to ensure better time to market.

- Ensuring compliance of terms and conditions of sanctions by liasoning with the RM’s and company involved.

- Ensure adherence to the credit policy and RBI guidelines

- Ensure timely renewals are happening for the existing clients.

Job responsibilities:

- Should have 1 - 3 yrs of relevant exp

- Chartered accountant/MBA
