Kotak - Credit Analyst - Asset Reconstruction

JOB ROLE

1. Detailed analysis of the investee companies which shall primarily, analysis of financials and information memorandum submitted by the Company/ Investment Bankers. Experience in credit and monitoring will be a plus advantage, since the candidate shall be primarily involved in structured funding transactions.

2. Active interaction with the client for seeking information/ documents for deal execution

3. Co-ordinate legal due diligence and asset valuation exercise

4. Part of the commercial due diligence team in case of single assets and portfolio buyout cases

5. Driving the internal process for deal approval including preparation of approval notes (in-principle as well as final), follow-up on legal documentation, compliance of pre-disbursement conditions with active interaction with the operations team and tracking compliance of post disbursement formalities

6. Sound financial modeling (excel spreadsheet skills) for business valuations, capital and deal structuring, return calculations, analysis of financial performance (both pre and post funding), etc.

7. Actively monitor funded companies by ensuring that the investee companies send monitoring reports on time and analysis of the same

8. Keeping track of repayments and status of accounts of the investee companies

9. Maintaining Division MIS

10. Responsible for Back end Operations

11. Part of the resolution team wherever necessary

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Candidate from a credit and monitoring background will be preferred

- CA/ MBA with 2 – 3 years of post qualification experience

- Sound analytical skills with a flair for numbers

- Down-to-earth with an open mind to learn
