Role: Regional Manager

Location: Lucknow

Job Role:

- Regional Manager is expected to manage a state(s) with set of District Managers / Key Accounts Managers / Circle Managers and ensuring that the team is achieving monthly targets. Must be handling a State Head role in GB in a leading bank.

- Responsible for identification, develop & originate new Banking relationships with the entire gamut of products pertaining to Govt Departments.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the senior management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers.

- Identify and address the needs of government clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with government clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities.

- Collaborate with the product development team to create customized solutions for government customers.

- Acquisition & Servicing of State Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Governments, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defense, Autonomous/PSU Bodies etc.

- Manage & grow state CASA book.

- Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, CMS solutions (collection & payment), Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt clients

- Liasoning with top Govt Officials & State Ministries to mobilize business and grow the book size pertaining to Govt Business.

- Create a rapport with the top government officials (Key Decision Makers) of all the Departments/Secretariats/Ministries/State Government

- Visit clients regularly in the assigned territories, organize & attend client meetings, Product presentations.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions & drive respective sales performance

- Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like assets, insurance, TPP etc.

- Work closely with the Branch Banking for ensuring synergy business & efficient service to clients

Job Requirements:

- Relevant work experience of 12 - 15 yrs.(min 8 yrs in GB) and above, Must be handling a sizable GB CASA Book in the existing bank

- Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.

- Good Networking & Relationship building with Government Officials.

- Knowledge of PFMS/SNA/CNA & other government banking products.

- Knowledge of State & Central Government budgets & schemes

- Through knowledge on CMS products

- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS, Eye for details, Meticulous

- Post Graduate in MBA is preferred

- Strong Execution Skills

- Interpersonal Skills along with customer orientation
