AVP - Kotak Realty Fund

Key Responsibilities :

Analysis and evaluation of deals :

- Assist in preparation of information memorandum, teasers,

- Work on detailed financial models

Origination and execution activities of the fund :

- Assist in preparation of term-sheets

- Work on Real estate sector and company-specific research/ analysis

- Support fund-raising processes: Preparation of marketing materials, fund models

- Support documentation activities in respect of deals under execution in the fund

- Be up to date on key news items significant deal activity, market activity, regulatory changes, etc

Job Requirements :

- Finance major : MBA from IIM A/B/C or ISB

- Proficient in financial modelling

- Keen interest in finance markets, deals, regulations,

- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking/ Private Equity / Consulting )

- Ideally having some degree of transactional experience (a) Looking at term-sheets (b) Reviewing documentation (c) Understanding of deal evaluation process

- Extroverted/ outgoing: Comfortable with client interaction, negotiation

- Hardworking, pleasant personality overall
