Role Overview :
Manage & scale up ecommerce activity, revenue, improve accounts performance, execute digital strategies for increasing the product demand and ensure continuous online growth of Galderma India products under the supervision of the Business Unit Head - Prescription & Consumer.
Job Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and Master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Work Experience : Minimum 6 years' experience in digital & ecommerce role.
- Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficiency with MS Office suite & strong experience across digital marketing, ecommerce and social media.
Skills & Attributes Requirement :
- Ability to practice and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
- Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written
- Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
- Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight
- Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce
- Knowledge of database creation, search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues
Roles & Responsibilities :
- E-Commerce Accounts Vendor Management :
i. Onboard new ecommerce vendors agree their terms & conditions and increase overall ecommerce umbrella channel.
ii. Plan & manage strategic business plan with ecommerce vendors for entire year on aspects like product category planning, sales forecast, product inventory, supply forecasting etc.
iii. Review strategic plans on monthly or quarterly basis.
iv. Project sales region wise along with inventory requirement & give analysis to business heads to undertake necessary marketing & sales plans.
v. Follow up with ecommerce vendor for PO, appointment & confirm outstanding due before the new PO is supplied to the vendor.
vi. Administer everyday activities at ecommerce platform and develop efficient eCommerce strategies to maximize channel growth.
- Driving E-Commerce Sales Targets :
i. Responsible for the overall strategy for the growth of the ecommerce vertical and drive the business KPIs
ii. Responsible for the delivery of the online sales plans and contribute to the regular re-forecasting process throughout the year.
iii. Create the merchandising strategy for the all the platforms to ensure key products are featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximized.
iv. Produce seasonal product sell-through analysis.
v. Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities with ecommerce platforms.
- Driving ROI Driven E-Commerce Marketing Campaigns :
i. Ensure catalog maintenance, relevant product images, product communication & A+ content is up to date on all the platform
ii. Develop ecommerce platform wise marketing strategy in line with Brand Marketing/ Business Goals and evaluate the Pre ROI of all the marketing spends.
iii. Develop and maintain effective online marketing channels and evaluate performance for same and design promotional activities to acquire new customers.
iv. Coordinate with brand team & agency for marketing content creation for all campaigns and take relevant approvals as per SOP
v. Monitor & track ecommerce marketplace about illegal brand products or products sold in any grey market.
