- Ideally, Highly Connected in the HR circles.
- Reads well and ideally Writes as well.
- Very high bias for both Learning & Action.
- Is willing to grow the company as well as grow with the company.
- Ideally, Minimum 1-2 Years of work-ex with an MBA from XLRI / TISS or IIM-A/B/C/L/I/K, ISB, FMS, SPJAIN, IMT-G, MDI, SIBM-P, NMIMS, IIFT. In lieu of these schools, one can supplant with a lot of work-ex.
- If not an MBA, Minimum 1-2 years of work-ex along with 90-95%ile+ Score in CAT/XAT/GMAT and is looking for an MBA in HR from a Top B-School soon.
Job Role Split:
80% Execution / 20% Strategy
80% Recruiting Full Time or Interns / 20% Other forms of HR Management
