Role Description :
The incumbent would lead a team of 7-8 members based at Head Office, Gurgoan & would report to Head of Sales. The role holder would manage the Sales Administration vertical for both Direct & Indirect Sales Channel, for all product lines of the Company
The key accountability includes :
a. Maintaining & Adhering to Company Business Policy of Hardware and Supplies
- Managing Compliance in Partner & Direct Customer's registration and appointment process & adhering to document requirements for vendor registration
- Validating & Approving Sales Blanket Order (SBO) & Performa Invoice based on the partners and customer purchase order ( Pricing =- Billing & Delivery location =- Tax Structure =- Credit Check =- Marketing promotion schemes & additionally, Rental / service forms for direct business
b. Sales Forecasting (Hardware)
-Validating and Finalizing quarterly Sales forecast location wise / model wise
c. Reporting & MIS
- Daily Machines Sales & Pending SBO reports
- Weekly Partner Performance reports
- Monthly Report
- Price Approval Report
d. Tracking & Facilitating Sales collection of partners over dues in tandem with business managers
e. Coordination with other functions for smooth execution of customer orders
