- Ensuring communication with employees- HR one to one, Skip Level, MD Town hall, Monthly Cross functional meetings at branches, focus group meetings
- Grievance Handling
- Manage Employee Relation and resolving queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, systems etc.
- Compensation, Payroll & Benefit Management - attendance, leaves, Mediclaim, Personal Accident Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Gratuity, Parents insurance
- Retention & Exit Management - Exit interview, no due process, full and final settlement
- Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development
Personal file/ e-file management:
- HR Database Management, analytics and MIS reportings
- Responsible for ERP- HR & E- HR application for all modules
- Managing Payroll & ERP Partner for high level of effectiveness of process and smooth employee experience
- HR Budgeting and cost management, Coordinate with Finance team for various provisioning & actuals
- HR Audit Management
- Productivity Management - performance discussion with low performers, participate in monthly sales & service reviews of employees, ensure relevant coaching and discussions contributing to performance enhancement and driving performance culture
- Implementation of various HR intervention
- Driving Employee Engagement Survey, Cascade, Action planning & Monitoring
- Sharing of findings and recommending actions based on interactions with employees on gaps in people management & process within divisions
- Drive and align - vision and mission- across the organization & key partner staff
- Ensure participation of employees in training & development programs
- Driving Reward and recognitions programs
- Ensure effective implementation of various policies and recommending benchmark practices
- Coordinating with TM & OD and Talent Acquisition vertical in effective & efficient implementation and support to all divisions.
- Associate Staff life cycle Management & Partner Management
- Responsible for the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Will also be involved in various strategic initiatives (as per need) with HR Head like:
- Design talent management programs at all levels and put in place a communication framework to ensure a sustainable, transparent talent architecture
- Align talent management strategy of the Business with the other HR processes to attract, retain and enhance/accelerate appropriate talent requirements for the Business
- Align the Learning strategy of the Business with the other HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conceptualize and design Organization Effectiveness interventions to support delivery of Business strategy
- Design competency frameworks and mapping to arrive at a detailed need analysis for group and individual development plans
