The leasing and resale vertical at Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. (KPDL) has been set up to assist existing customers of KPDL in leasing and resale of their property investments. The unit is envisioned to evolve to an organization similar to an International Property Consultant (IPC) in 6-8 months and the current requirement is for an experienced individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude who can lead the vertical as a business head.

Work Experience:

- 2-5 years experience in corporate sales or leasing profile

- Experience within real estate sector with leading Real Estate developers, International Property Consultants (IPCs) or Institutional Channel Partners preferred

- Must have experience of having interacted with institutional clients for a high value product sales

Education and competencies reqd.

- Post Graduation degree, including MBA from a reputed institution preferred, but not mandatory

- Candidates having access to network of influencers and deal makers within real estate (top channel partners, investors, top management of corporates etc.) preferred

Work Profile

- Landlord Representation: Work on mandates for leasing or resale of property from property owners and aim to fulfil them within stipulated turnaround time.

- Tenant Sourcing: Reach out to individual tenants and corporate clients for fulfilling the leasing requirements.

- Digital activation: Manage KPDL's in house property portal and posting on external property portals for tenant sourcing. Manage process flow and governance for outreach to KPDL customers and market leads through emailers and other digital media

- Tele-activation: Manage process flow and governance for direct outreach to KPDL customers and market leads through telecalling.

- Channel Partner Activation: Manage process flow and governance for outreach to market channel partners for tenant sourcing

- Periodically monitor and publish reports that summarize the current state of real estate micromarkets and provide guidance to sales teams to adjust strategies as reqd.

- Manage requests for data/ research information from internal and external stakeholders

- Work with sales and marketing teams in contributing to and enhancing collaterals, presentations and new business proposals
