Work Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in market research or sales/ marketing strategy function with a reputed organization
- Experience within real estate sector with leading Real Estate developers, International Property Consultants (IPCs) or Institutional Channel Partners preferred
- Must have experience of having developed successful integrated sales and marketing plans based on inputs from core sales and marketing functions
Education and competencies reqd.
- Post Graduation degree, including MBA from a reputed institution preferred, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with commonly used market research tools and techniques and sales strategy frameworks
- Candidates having access to network of influencers and deal makers within real estate (top channel partners, investors, top management of corporates etc.) preferred
Work Profile
- Develop practical, detailed and action oriented plans to boost sales for projects under development based on analytics for available data and market observations based on the following - target group (TG) profiling, sales trends in local micromarkets, marketing tools and techniques and their effectiveness among others
- Understand market best practices that can be applied to the organization through an assessment of competitors- strategies
- Periodically monitor and publish reports that summarize the current state of real estate micromarkets and provide guidance to sales teams to adjust strategies as reqd.
- Manage requests for data/ research information from internal and external stakeholders
- Work with sales and marketing teams in contributing to and enhancing collaterals, presentations and new business proposals
