Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, communicative, and street-smart individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships.
Please Note :
This is a field-based position, requiring you to be based out of Kochi, Kerala, and travel to meet clients within the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct research and identify potential clients in the home construction industry, shops, and advertising agencies.
- Utilize various sources to generate leads, including online platforms, industry directories, and referrals.
- Cold call prospective clients to introduce our products/services, gauge interest, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Client Meetings and Relationship Building:
- Arrange and schedule meetings with prospective clients to present our offerings and understand their requirements.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, addressing client needs and positioning our solutions as the best fit.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Conversion and Closing:
- Identify clients' pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Proactively follow up on leads, address objections, and overcome barriers to secure sales closures.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products/services to clients.
Self-Initiative and Development:
- Demonstrate a self-starter mentality, taking the initiative to identify new business opportunities and pursue them proactively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies and adapt to changing dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a related field, such as home construction, advertising agencies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales conversions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
