Job Purpose: Managing the backend sales support for all MIS, Discounts, Loyalty programs, Vendors, Channel and Consumer issues, through team members.
Job Context: We have an exciting role of Sales Admin department, who is managing the backend sales support for all Primary and Secondary MIS, along with SAP schemes/ discounts, Loyalty programs, Vendors and Channel and Consumer issues, through four team members. As individual contributor basis he also manages the Special discounts in SAP through DCM team (School RFA's) hence SAP expertise.
Job Description:
- Creation of Primary and secondary reports from SAP Data base for all verticals and presenting same in a meaningful, simplistic and understandable layout.
- Understanding of SAP functionalities to design and define SAP compatible tasks / schemes/ discounts to fulfill sales team requirements.
- Managing the Trade Marketing budgets for all verticals through internal and external customers (3p Vendors & vertical/ regional heads).
- Creation of scheme designs and its end to end management with team is expected.
- Defining the processes and ensuring its implementation to improve business efficiencies.
- Channel lifecycle management (appointment, credit limits, F&F)
- Customer and Partner issues resolution, understanding of system and company operations across functions and facilitating cross functional coordination for different Tasks.
Functional Competencies
- Good hands-on experience on SAP, Analytical tools and advance Excel
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and manipulate using tools such as SQL and advanced excel.
- Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements.
- Creating presentation with insights for senior management consumption.
Educational Qualification : Graduate (Maths/Stats) + MBA (Additional Advantage) & BI Certification
Experience: 10-15 years in which 4-5 Years in data analysis and experienced in managing Corporate / Strategy team
