Koinex - Operations Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Brief: We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity,efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Requirements:

- B-Tech degree from Tier 1 colleges in India (Preferred IIT ) or you have some kickass work experience

- Passionate about streamlining operations in a tech driven product company

- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management

- Leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities :

- Contribute towards achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives

- Chalk out and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being, reputation and efficiency

- Define and Control flow of communication between support and engineering team

- Stay updated with product with thorough understanding of product vision

- Take responsibility for customer perception of the organisation

- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources

- Perform quality controls, assign and monitor team KPI- s

Experience: 1 - 4 Years.

Salary: As per Market Standards.
