Job Overview: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, managing employee relations, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and onboard new employees.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues and conflicts, and provide counseling to employees when necessary. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as required. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement career development initiatives to help employees reach their full potential.
- Provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structure, bonuses, and health insurance plans.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices to attract and retain employees.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Handle HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
