Qualifications :
- Degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on quality assurance and control
- At least 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading and managing quality teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100
- Experience with quality management systems and tools, such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and Six Sigma
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives
