- Establish short-term and long-term training and development strategies for Kohler India and its subsidiaries so as to align with the business need.

- Develop, plan & implement Start the Sales Training Activities in Kohler India

- Identify human resources training gap based on the effectiveness of demonstrating Core Leadership Competencies and the developmental plan of each associate as stated in the individual's performance review.

- Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training and development programs for managerial and supervisory staff in Kohler India and its subsidiaries.

- Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training programs to distributors and dealers, and which are treated as part of the marketing support initiatives.

- Maintain the quality of design, development and facilitation of all training and development programs offered by the Human Resources Department.

- Maintain post-training evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness of different programs.

- Be responsible for organizational development initiatives including conducting job analysis projects, developing and reviewing job competency models, developing and implementing interview guides for selection process, and executing competency-based performance management.

- Solicit and select appropriate external consultants for various training and development programs.

- Research and recommend new training and development practices, methods and technology available in the market. Maintaining close contact with external consultants, publishers and organizations to keep information up-to-date.

- Be responsible for managing staff training and development record systems.

- Be responsible for managing the Kohler India Sales Trg Plan

- Plan and organize regular staff committee meetings and all staff communication activities.

- Schedule and monitor the production of staff newsletter quarterly.

- Prepare and submit Financial Plan for the training and communication activities and periodically critique the progress against plan and actual to ensure effective results.

- Provide Human Resources and Training consulting services to the plants when necessary.
