- Managing complete BPO operations for the center with multiple telecom and non telecom processes.

- Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Improvement of operational systems, processes and policies in support of Organization mission

- Responsible for smooth functioning of all verticals- HR, Training, Quality, Admin and Operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7 years experience in Call center operations, Manpower management, and Client Relationship management.

- An Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability.

- A skilled communicator with exceptional presentation skills in leading cross-functional teams and establishing beneficial relationships.

- Must carry at least two years experience as Manager Operations in domestic BPO setup.

- Should be mature enough to handle Clients and presenting business reviews.
