Role and Responsibilities : - Responsible for new Client acquisition from different industries e.g. FMCG, BFSI etc and penetration in the Enterprise segment to enhance revenue. - Maintaining a relationship with prospective and existing clients with a key focus on business development. - Manage and track pipeline activities through contacts. - Create business opportunities in the assigned region & propose solutions as per Customers requirement. - Monitor market Intelligence within the industry/competition in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity, new customers etc. - Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including product expansion, market expansion, partnerships. Candidate Profile : - Experience ranging from 5-10 years. - Motivated and self-directed sales professional. - Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to sell solutions, a proven track record of meeting and overachieving targets. - Strong presentation skills-building and delivery as well. - Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
