Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Develop process improvement &amp; transformation strategy &amp; its roadmap. - Initiating various Quality improvement projects across processes and locations to moderate cost or enhance revenue. - Responsible for setting up an internal analytics team to cater to needs of the Organization - Responsible for formulating business intelligence and visual analytics solution for User Experience Testing, Call Center Performance Dashboard. - Analyze current situation (As-is), identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures (To-be) to re-engineer processes. - Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operations, Transition, Training, On-site teams and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value in multiple client engagements. Candidate Profile - Must carry 6+ years of relevant experience in BPO industry. - Ability to successfully lead complex projects and initiatives. - Should possess strong people management skills. - Must carry experience in driving process excellence. - Experience in handling transactional quality shall be an added advantage. - Must be strong in data analysis and running various process improvement projects. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
