- Maintaining relationship with prospective and existing clients with key focus on business development.
- Drive the development of national and international sales strategies.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry/competition in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including product expansion, market expansion, partnerships.

- Age between 30-38 years.
- Must carry business development experience in domestic BPO sector.
- Ability to plan and manage; at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
- Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management.
- Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
- Should be open for extensive travel.
