Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make an impact by managing key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential hires.

- Onboarding: Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

- Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions.

- Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and are effectively communicated.

- Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives.

- HR Support & Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee queries.

Must-Have:

- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of HR tools, payroll systems, and compliance.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.

- Exposure to employee engagement strategies.

- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
