- We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships.

- In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.

- Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.

- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within a SaaS environment, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.

Responsibilities

- Manage and build on existing partner relationships across System Integrators, ISVs, BPOs and channel.

- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies.

- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships.

- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners.

- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance

- Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers.

- Ownership of a pipeline & revenue number through a partner program.

Requirements and skills

- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.

- Experience building partner programs in a SaaS and/or CX environment.

- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 3 - 7 years of work experience is preferred.
