Knowledge Manager - LegalTech Startup

A legal tech startup based in Gurgaon is looking to hire a knowledge management professional.

This role will be an on site requirement and the ideal professional should have 7+ years of experience in knowledge management of law firms or legal publishing houses.

The roles and responsibilities include :

- Review the existing knowledge database and identify any gaps.

- Review legal updates under each module for the last 6 months and work on updating the same.

- Set up processes and formats for knowledge management including procurement, secondary asset creation, updating, maintenance and tracking

- AI Tool/ Product testing and evaluation of performance from knowledge stand point including accuracy, comprehensiveness, generation style, etc.

- Coordinate with the technology, sales and marketing teams and provide the necessary inputs

- Work on strategizing and creating KonProz Insights

- Undertake book review, tagging, drafting, researching on latest trends, etc.

- Assistance in creation and training of prompts, Competitor analysis (India and outside), user analysis and work with Founders and team on weekly targets.

- Work on new POCs

- Taking demos for potential customers of the Product
