Role - Knowledge Management & Content Management Lead - Energy
Location - Delhi NCR
Energy Content Management team focuses on creating structured, accessible, reusable and relevant content for the all Energy practitioners across the Organisation. The Industry Content management lead interfaces with Industry Leadership to understand strategic investment priorities, defines ways of managing key knowledge assets and defines the appropriate knowledge processes to put in place for growing, maintaining and promoting reuse of key knowledge assets for Energy Industry.
The Industry Content management lead is expected to:
- Interface with Professional community leads, Industry Business Leader, Industry segment lead, Diamond Clients Accounts team and Business Service Leads to understand their strategic investment priorities and content actions arising as a result
- Interface with Marketing Lead (team) and/or Companies Research - for Market Insights, and to co-drive push of content to the practice; Learning and Talent development leads as the consumer of content.
- Compare current state to content priorities - identifying content gaps
- Define action plan to address content gaps by harvesting
- Compare current state to expected usage for strategic content - identifying action plan to improve content reuse and dissemination
- Create content management strategy and review with Industry Leadership on a regular basis
- Identify Priority Engagements for Harvesting and identify key resources (- Project Champions- )
- Define content placement strategy on Knowledge Management Channels
- Determine key assets that need to be extracted from identified projects and understand Companies Intellectual Property Policy for Business Services, Offerings and knowledge assets
- Facilitate and enable teams on tasks related to Engagement Harvesting & Sanitization
- Validate requirements provided by business on needs for packaging or synthesizing knowledge
- Inform business of new assets on Knowledge Exchange
- Audit Community Stream (Follow hashtags and communities, Monitor related Streams and Circles, Respond to queries and comments, Tag people related to the topic- ). Any issue related to the Stream should be raised and escalated to the proper service teams.
- Ensure content management actions are driven by your metrics, priorities and result
- Prepare new material/deck with information logically formatted for review and update existing material with information/knowledge based on harvesting content
- Drive content promotion and awareness about available content - leveraging other organizations as needed (ex. Marketing)
- Execute overall content management program activities including budget management
Qualifications and Experience :
- Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- 10-12 years of overall experience working in the Energy Industry or consulting roles
- Past experience in Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships at an executive level and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to strategize, develop, harvest, analyze, reuse content
- Strong execution skills. Needs to track closely to and meet program milestones, while ensuring that quality is of the highest quality
- Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders
