Knowledge Analyst - Research - IT

We are hiring for one of the leading MNC consulting organisation for Knowledge Analyst role in Gurgaon

Profile :

Conducts secondary and primary research covering a range of IT-related internal and external sources and manages multiple requests across regions and topics

Assists others in navigating the Knowledge network by connecting them with materials and people

- Provides analytical services (e.g. basic benchmarking, usage of IT Factbase)

- Captures IT-related data from cases in the IT Factbase database, provide IT Factbase data to case teams

- Collects, synthesizes, analyzes from case teams learnings and inputs into case vignettes and basic KM material

- Evaluates data quality and provides basic synthesis and packaging of research results (e.g., using Excel, PowerPoint

Work with Topic/ Sector Teams

- Builds & updates new topic/sector-related customized knowledge products

- Controls KM databases' consistency

- Reviews knowledge products & ensures they are current & relevant and updates when appropriate

- Assures proper sign-off before uploading materials into KM & contributes to sanitization

- Writes abstracts & indexes projects & PA documents

- Collaborates on PA intellectual capital development such as Tier 1s

- Contributes to content development around topic/sector for PA meetings & training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent Master's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - preferably in business administration, information management or computer science

- Work experience of 1-2 years in any professional services Firm (work in IT research domain preferred)

- Interest in IT topics

- Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure

- Outstanding analytical and conceptual rigor

- Strong communication and fluent English language skills
